Who needs a little support right now?

I have been blogging away on my facebook page about how best to support our bodies with both mental and physical health over these very crazy restrictive times we live in.
We call them restrictions. But how about calling them expansions- stretching our minds and creating wonderful reality of our own.
I am choosing to live in expansion.
How am I doing this.
Firstly, I am rarely watching or listening to the TV or radio. I have turned off all pages on my Facebook feed that upset or trigger my nervous system.
When I am triggered, I look deep. Why am I being triggered? What is this reminding me of? What is the little girl inside trying to say?
It is definitely changing perspective. It takes very little time, but being self aware is key.
Next I am making sure I nourish my body with good foods and good quality water.
I am journalling, meditating, getting still as seeing what my body is trying to tell me.
Of course, I am using my essential oils to ground, to restore inner peace and bring tranquilty to my nervous system.
I am making sure I ground myself at least daily outside in the sun, under the stars, in the rain. I am making sure I connect my feet on the ground.
These are all the things I do to support myself, so I can then reach out and support others.
