The Pause

We hear these words but until we are faced with this transition we often just ignore or say its not relevant to me.


We as women move through so many changes. 


Peri menopause menopause and post menopause are times in a women’s life where things are changing yet again. 

It's a time to celebrate, a time to enjoy and live our best.


I myself have moved through this and I have helped women to do the same naturally. Completely safe and specific to your needs. 


As an aromatherapist, I support many of these changes with my clients.  It is a time  we navigate how best we can serve our bodies. 


This is why, I look at lifestyle changes, diet, and how hormone disruptors can play a part in inflaming the body to respond in a negative way. 

Often the hot flushes, the moods, the subtle changes can be reduced just by a few small tweaks and the use of essential oils.
