Gratitude

I literally take time every single day to do some type of self care.

my first 20 minutes is spent reading my devotional, journalling and writing my gratitudes.

This sets me up for a better day. Since I have been doing all these 3 quick practices, I have noticed a shift in my emotions. I am far less likely to flare up and be angry.
