A SHOUT OUT TO MY BODY

I just wanted to give a massive shout out to my body today.

My strong resilient body.


It’s been supporting me so well all these years. It hasn’t always been the healthiest. It certainly has been through the ringer. But it serves me well.


It has carried me through so many physical and emotional issues, over the years.


It’s carried our babies to term. It’s held up when I was so broken after a car accident all those many years ago.


It’s carried my tired body through so many hours of shift work, doing what I loved best. Being with woman as a midwife.


It’s held me as a mumma navigating family life.


It held me up as I went through emotional trauma and events that no one else would understand.

Today I honour you, my body as I reflect on this last year or two.


How many kilometeres I have travelled in my life, within you.


How many events I have been to where I have pushed my body to its limits.


It bounces back. OH MY GOSH. THANK YOU.


How do I do it.

I nourish my body well. I have large amounts of fruit and vegetables daily. I limit my meat intake.

I nourish my body with plenty of filtered water, often flavoured with grapefruit or lemon essential oil.


I use my trusty supplements from Doterra and my lovely Naturopath.


These have been the cornerstones to my health.


I sit in silence and be still daily, I ground myself daily, and I exercise as often as I can. I listen to what its telling me.


I am so grateful for everything I have been through because without it, I wouldn’t be who I am today.


So I sit in the sunshine today in gratitude and respect for my body and what it does every second of every day.

I am learning more and more each day of how I can best serve you. Thank you.
